Greek feast

​The Charlton Neighbourhood House had a fantastic response to its latest ‘Table for 12’ evening featuring delicious Greek fare. Hosted by local Deb Clearly, a full house of enthusiastic attendees were initiated into the flavoursome cooking of Greece with Meatballs (Keftedes) and an accompanying dessert Baklava.
A special thanks to Charlon College for use of the well-equipped North Central Trade Training Centre’s kitchen facility, without whose support events like this couldn’t take place. All those attended agreed it was a terrific fun evening and requests for more cooking classes were received. Keep an eye out for future Table for 12’s and other activities coming soon from the Neighbourhood House.”
