The Charlton Neighbourhood House is pleased to continue its support to our town's carers. The group meet regularly for a lovely subsidised lunch and an informative guest speaker. Most importantly, it is a chance to be with other people who are, or have experienced caring for loved ones. If you are the carer for someone in Charlton or the surrounding area, call the Neighbourhood House for more information. You wil be made most welcome.

In partnership with Bendigo Health, the Charlton Neighbourhood House was proud to present an informative morning where residents could get a variety of tips and hints on how to save on power bills. A pleasant morning tea followed with further discussion around saving on bills taking place.
Thanks also to Buloke Shire for their assistance with venue hire. The Charlton Neighbourhood House is excited to be partnering with Mallee Creatives and FRRR to present, Tinderella & the eight unique uses of Tinder. This comedy cabaret, created and performed by Alyce Fisher, is based on real life tales of her very own Tinder escapades, Tinderella explores contemporary app dating culture and aims to empower everyone to take control of their own app dating experience. Strongly influenced by Disney characters, this show features a bespoke mockumentary film, audience interaction/participation, a magic wand and some very saucy costumes! There’s a trusty Fairy Godmother to guide the audience through the twisting tales of our girl Tinderella, who is here to help us all to figure out how to take control of our own dating destiny. Tinderella is a rollicking good time, super funny and has a whole lot of heart.
Suited for mature audiences, Tinderella is for comedy and cabaret lovers, anyone who has experienced the highs and the lows of the dating apps and those who are curious as to how it all works. Scan the QR Code below to secure your tickets for this great night out. Popular local Ian Scott hosted our most recent 'Table for 12' event at Mallee Creations to a full house. With lots of interest from participants in secrets to serving that perfect steak, attendees were attentive to Ian's cooking routines. Everyone agreed the setting was ideal and the event was a terrific success. Thanks go out to GrainCorp and FRRR for their support of this event
